As we get closer to the spring break at the end of this month, things are moving very quickly.  The first bill deadline for committees to act favorably on bills in their house of origin was last Friday.  Governor Pawlenty has just vetoed the jobs (bonding) bill cutting over $300 million in projects including many MnSCU expansions amounting to an estimated 7000 jobs.  Thursday, looks to be the date both bodies will deal with the alleged GAMC agreement.  Finally, this Friday marks the deadline for companion bills to be heard in their other house.
